Dr. Sandra Fearrington

Dr. Sandra J. Fearrington is Board Certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and is a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons. She is a graduate of Dartmouth Medical School and completed her residency in Plastic Surgery at the University of New Mexico in 1996.

It was during her experience working in the burn unit at the North Carolina Memorial Hospital that she first developed an interest in pursuing a career as a plastic surgeon.

Dr. Fearrington provides cosmetic procedures which include: Breast Augmentation, Breast Lift, Tummy Tuck, Facelift, and Eye Lift(Blepharoplasty).

Fearrington Plastic Surgery is pleased to offer non-invasive treatments as an alternative to surgery including: Smartlipo, Fraxel CO2 Repair, Liquid Facelift, Botox, Sculptra Aesthetic, Radiesse, Juvederm, and Exilis Laser Treatments for Fat-Reduction and Skin Tightening. Dr. Fearrington is a member of the Liquid Facelift Association.

In her free time she enjoys spending time with her daughter and horses.
